Squash infused American Fifth Vodka, house-made simple syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon

Butternut Squash – roasted at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut in chunks and add to vodka. Infuse for 3-7 days to taste.

2 oz. Infused American Fifth Vodka
1/2 oz. house-made simple syrup
Dash nutmeg
Dash cinnamon

Chill martini glass. Fill shaker with ice. Add all ingredients. Shake and  double strain into martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
