American Fifth Bourbon, house-made simple syrup, apple cider, sage, smoked apple wood, Cocktail Experiment Chicory Bitters
1.5 oz. American Fifth Bourbon
1/2 oz. house-made simple syrup
2 oz. apple cider
1 sage leaf
1 piece of applewood
Put applewood piece on a plate. Toast with torch. Cover with upside down rocks glass. Muddle sage and simple syrup in shaker. Add ice, apple cider and bourbon. Shake. Strain into prepped rocks glass. Garnish with 1 dash Cocktail Experiment Chicory Bitters and smoked sage leaf.
