1/2 oz. American Fifth Absinthe
2 oz. chai tea
2 oz. ginger beer
Build I Wish Riskey, American Fifth Absinthe and chai tea in iced shaker. Shake. Strain into iced highball glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with activated mint sprig.
