American Fifth Signature Rye Whiskey, American Fifth Absinthe, sparkling cider, Angostura bitters, house-made orange bitters

2 oz. American Fifth Signature Rye
1/2 oz. American Fifth Absinthe
1 oz. sparkling cider
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash house-made orange bitters

Build all ingredients, except cider, in iced shaker. Shake. Strain into chilled martini glass. top with sparkling cider. Garnish with orange knot.
