1 oz. carrot juice
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz. house-made cinnamon simple syrup
2 basil leaves
Soda
Build with ice, Summer Capital Gin, carrot juice, fresh squeezed lemon juice and house-made cinnamon simple syrup in shaker. Shake. Pour into iced highball glass. Top with soda. Garnish with BIG basil leaf.
