1.5 oz. American Fifth Spelt Whiskey
1/4 oz. American Fifth Habanero Vodka
1 oz. house-made ginger syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1.5 oz. orange juice
2 oz. tonic
Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Shake. Strain into iced double old fashioned glass. Garnish with ginger and orange peel skewer.
