1 oz. American Fifth Pickle Vodka
1 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. house-made simple syrup
Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Shake. Double strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with groomed lemon peel.
