A crisp blend American Fifth Vodka, rhubarb shrub, pear juice and soda water shaken, frothed, and poured into a martini glass. Topped with house-made bubbles and garnished with an edible flower for looks and taste.
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz American Fifth Vodka
1/2 OZ Rhubarb Shrub
1 oz Pear Juice
1 Soda Water
Instructions
Build all ingredients in a shaker, shake until frothy, and top with bubbles. Garnish with an edible flower.
