1.5 oz. Butterscotch Vodka
1.5 oz. apple cider
1.5 oz. ginger beer
1/2 oz. freshly-squeezed lime juice
Build all ingredients except ginger beer in iced shaker. Shake. Strain into iced highball glass. Top with ginger beer. Â Garnish with apple circle with caramel drizzle.
