American Fifth Whiskey of your choice, Peychaud’s bitters, sugar cube, expressed lemon peel

1.5 oz. American Fifth Whiskey of choice
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 sprays American Fifth Absinthe mist
Sugar cube

Muddle sugar cube with Peychaud’s bitters in mixing tin. Add Whiskey and ice. Stir. Strain into chilled rocks glass prepped with American Fifth Absinthe mist. Express lemon peel before adding as garnish. Garnish with expressed lemon peel.
