1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. house-made simple syrup
3 strawberries
5 mint leaves
3 oz. soda
Muddle mint leaves, strawberries and simple syrup in highball glass. Add ice, American Fifth White Rum and lime juice. Stir. Garnish with mint leaf.
