American Fifth White Rum, American Fifth Amaretto, house-made vanilla simple syrup, fresh squeezed lime juice, high proof rum
1 oz. American Fifth White Rum
1 oz. American Fifth Spirits Amaretto
1 oz. house-made vanilla simple syrup
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz. high proof rum
Build all ingredients except high proof rum in iced shaker. Shake and strain into hurricane glass. Float high proof rum on top with back of bar spoon. Light on fire. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon into fire. Blow out.
