American Fifth Rum, balsamic cream, house-made strawberry syrup, fresh lemon juice, egg white

1.5 oz. American Fifth Rum
3/4 oz. balsamic cream
3/4 oz. house-made strawberry syrup
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
1.5 strawberries

Muddle strawberries with syrup. Add American Fifth Rum, balsamic cream, fresh lemon juice and egg white. Dry shake. Wet shake. Double strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with strawberry slice with green on top.
