Turtleback White Rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, Angostura bitters.
2 oz Turtleback White Rum
1 oz house-made simple syrup
3/4 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Build all ingredients except bitters in iced shaker tin. Stir and strain into highball glass filled with crushed ice. Top with bitters.
