Capital Gin, house-made clove syrup, house-made elderberry syrup, rose water, soda
2 oz. Capital Gin
3/4 oz. house-made clove syrup
1/2 oz. house-made elderberry syrup
3 dashes rose water
2 oz. soda
Build Capital Gin, clove syrup and elderberry syrup in iced shaker. Shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Top with soda and rose water. Garnish with dried hibiscus flower.
