Pearadise (13.2% ABV)

Turtleback Spiced Rum, pear juice, fresh squeezed lemon juice, house-made pear bitters

1.5 oz. Turtleback Spiced Rum
3.5 oz. pear juice
1 bar spoon lemon juice
3 drops house-made pear bitters
Pinch of salt

Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Shake and strain into highball glass. Garnish with ground nutmeg.
