Capital Gin, house-made pear puree, house-made simple syrup, Green Stone Absinthe

1.75 oz. Capital Gin
1.25 oz. pear puree
1/2 oz. simple syrup
2 sprays Green Stone Absinthe

Spray coupe glass with Green Stone Absinthe. Build remaining ingredients in iced shaker. Shake. Double strain into coupe. Garnish with pear wedge.
