Pear Capital Gin, pear juice, house-made vanilla syrup.

1.5 oz. Pear Capital Gin
2 oz. pear juice
1/2 oz. house-made vanilla syrup

Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Stir. Strain into vanilla and sugar rimmed coupe glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
