1.5 oz. over-steeped matcha tea
3/4 oz. house-made mint simple syrup
1 bar spoon powdered sugar
10 mint leaves
Muddle mint and mint simple syrup in double old fashioned glass. Add Bourbon, tea, and powdered sugar to pint glass. Stir and strain into the double old fashioned glass. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with activated mint sprig.
