I Love The Beet (18.5% ABV)

Turtleback White Rum, blueberry juice, fresh lemon juice, house-made vanilla simple syrup, fresh beet juice, Black Ink Bitters Blueberry Vanilla

1.5 oz. Turtleback White Rum
1/2 oz. blueberry juice
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. house-made vanilla simple syrup
1/2 oz. beet juice

Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Stir and pour into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a dash of Black Ink Bitters Blueberry Vanilla
