Capital Spring Gin, cranberry juice, house-made fruit simple syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice, egg white

1-1/2 oz. Capital Spring Gin
1/2 oz. cranberry juice
1/2 oz. house-made fruit simple syrup
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 egg white

Build all ingredients in shaker. Dry shake. Add ice into shaker and shake briefly. Double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with borage flower.
