HUE Vodka, house-made simple syrup, fresh lime, serrano pepper, Angostura bitters, ginger beer
1-1/2 oz. HUE Vodka
1/2 oz. house-made simple syrup
3 lime wedges
2 bar spoons serrano pepper
1 dash Angostura bitters
Ginger beer
Muddle lime, serranos, and bitters in shaker. Add ice, HUE Vodka and simple syrup. Shake. Strain into iced highball glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with Serrano pepper cap.
