1.5 oz. Ginger HUE
1/2 oz. American Fifth Curacao
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. maple syrup
1 oz. house-made fig syrup
Build Ginger HUE, curacao, lemon juice, maple syrup, and fig syrup in shaker. Dry shake. Add ice and shake until frothy. Double strain into martini glass. Garnish with orange twist.
