3/4 oz. fresh celery juice
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. house-made simple syrup
Pinch celery salt
Dash celery bitters
Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Shake. Double strain into chilled couple glass. Garnish with lime twist.
