American Fifth Gin of your choice, house-made sour mix, house-made simple syrup, orange blossom water, half & half, soda, raw egg white
1.5 oz. American Fifth Gin of choice
1 oz. house-made sour mix
1/2 oz. house-made simple syrup
Egg white
5 drops orange flower water
1 oz. heavy whipping cream
1/2 oz. half & half
1 oz. soda
Build all ingredients except soda in shaker. Dry shake for 30-45 seconds. Add ice. Shake again for 15 seconds. Strain into chilled highball glass. Add soda until froth is above lip of glass.
