American Fifth Gin, house-made persimmon puree, fresh squeezed lime juice

2 oz. American Fifth Gin
1.5 oz. persimmon puree
1 oz. lime juice

Build all ingredients in iced highball glass. Shake. Strain into iced highball glass.
