American Fifth Gin, house-made mint simple syrup, fresh lime juice, fresh honeydew juice, absinthe
1.5 oz. American Fifth Gin
1/2 oz. house-made mint simple syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. fresh honeydew juice
2 sprays absinthe
Spray coupe glass with absinthe. Build gin, mint simple and lime juice in iced shaker. Shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Top with honeydew juice. Garnish with honeydew melon ball.
