1.5 oz. American Fifth Gin
1 oz. beet juice
1/2 oz. McClary’s Beet & Carrot Shrub
1/4 oz. house-made ginger syrup
3 oz. soda
Build all ingredients except soda in iced rocks glass. Stir. top with soda. Garnish with carrot stick.
