Coconut Turtleback Rum, coconut juice, house-made mint simple syrup, fresh mint, Mint Hibiscus bitters

2 oz. Coconut Turtleback Rum
2 oz. coconut juice
1 oz. house-made mint simple syrup
5 mint leaves

Muddle mint leaves and house-made mint simple syrup in shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Shake and double strain into iced highball glass. Garnish with activated mint leaf and a dash of Mint Hibiscus bitters.
