1.5 oz. American Fifth Smoked Signature Malt
1 Luxardo cherry
Few drops of deionized water
Smoke rocks glass with wood chips and leave up-side-down. Smoke empty 375 ml bottle using long wood chip. Let bottle fill with smoke, add Signature Malt. Cap the bottle. Swirl Signature Malt in bottle for 10 seconds. Turn rocks glass over. Muddle cherry in rocks glass. Pour Signature Malt with smoke into glass. Add deionized water. Serve on plate with wood chips.
