American Fifth Spartan Malt, American Fifth Absinthe, house-made rosemary syrup, allspice

1.5 oz. American Fifth Spartan Malt
1/4 oz. American Fifth Absinthe
1/2 oz. house-made rosemary syrup
3 allspice berries

Muddle allspice berries with syrup in shaker tin. Add all remaining ingredients to iced shaker. Shake and double strain into iced rocks glass. Light rosemary sprig on fire while in glass and cover glass for 10 seconds with shaker tin. Garnish with charred rosemary sprig.
