Pongo Punch

American Fifth White Rum, Cinnamon infused Vodka, brown sugar/black fig syrup, maple syrup, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, Angostura bitters.

1 oz American Fifth White Rum
1/2 oz Cinnamon infused Vodka
3/4 oz house-made brown sugar/black fig syrup
1/2 oz American Fifth Barrel-aged Maple Syrup
1 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice
1/2 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Stir and strain into rocks glass. Garnish with hollowed out lime half, filled with overproof rum. Light on fire.
