1.5 oz. American Fifth Signature Malt
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. house-made honey syrup
1 oz. house-made lapsang souchong tea
1 ginger slice
Muddle ginger and honey syrup in shaker tin. Add all other ingredients, except for tea. Add ice. Shake. Double strain into smoked rocks glass. Top with tea. Garnish with ginger skewer.
