American Fifth Absinthe, fresh squeezed lime juice, house-made simple syrup, deionized water, fresh cucumber
1 oz. American Fifth Absinthe
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
3/4 oz. house-made simple syrup
3 oz. deionized water
1 cucumber slice
Muddle cucumber slice with absinthe in shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Shake. Strain into iced rocks glass. Garnish with cucumber slice.
