1.5 oz. American Fifth Summer Gin
1/2 oz. American Fifth Fernet
6 mint leaves
4 pineapple chunks
2 oz. grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. house-made demerara syrup
6 dashes of Angostura bitters
Muddle mint and pineapple with house-made demerara syrup in shaker tin. Add remaining ingredients with ice. Shake. Strain into iced double old fashioned glass. Top with Angostura bitters.
