2 oz. American Fifth Cucumber Basil Vodka
2 sprigs cilantro
1 oz. house-made cilantro lime syrup
4 dashes celery bitters
1 pinch of sea salt
3 oz. tonic
Muddle cilantro with American Fifth Cucumber Basil Vodka in shaker. Add all other ingredients, except tonic. Shake. Double strain into iced highball glass. Top with tonic. Garnish with cilantro sprig cucumber wheel.
