1.5 oz. American Fifth Bourbon
1/2 oz. grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. house-made ginger syrup
6 drops grapefruit bitters
2 dashes Peychauds bitters
4 mint leaves
Muddle mint with ginger syrup. Build all other ingredients in rocks glass. Add crushed ice. Garnish with mint leaves and thin grapefruit slice.
