1.5 oz. American Fifth Bourbon
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. maple syrup
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
4 dashes Jerry Thomas bitters
Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Shake. Strain into chilled Bordeaux glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
