1.5 oz. I Wish Riskey Malt Whiskey
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. house-made simple syrup
2 dashes American Fifth Absinthe
1 sugar cube
4-5 mint leaves
3 dashes Angostura bitters
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Muddle mint and simple syrup in shaker. Add ice, sugar cube, I Wish Riskey, lime juice and Absinthe. Shake. Pour over crushed iced in highball glass. Top with bitters. Garnish with activated mint leaf.
