1.5 oz. American Fifth Whiskey
1 oz. apple cider
2 bar spoons cranberry jelly
2 sage leaves
1 sprig of thyme
Tonic
Muddle cranberry jelly with apple cider, 2 sage leaves, and sprig of thyme in a shaker tin. Add ice and whiskey and then shake to combine. Pour into a rocks glass, top with tonic.
