1.5 oz. American Fifth Gin
1/2 oz. McClary’s Ginger/Lemon shrub
1/2 oz. house-made rosemary syrup
2 oz. Kevita Pomegranate Kombucha Tea or pomegranate juice
Combine all but Kombucha Tea to iced shaker. Shake and strain. Top with Kombucha Tea. Garnish with Rosemary sprig.
