1.5 oz. Turtleback Spiced Rum
1 oz. coconut milk
1/2 oz. house-made ginger syrup
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
Pinch curry powder
Build all ingredients in iced shaker. Shake. Strain into chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg powder.
