2 oz. Fat Five Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz. maple syrup
1/2 oz. apple juice
1 egg white
Build all ingredients in shaker tin. Dry shake until frothy. Add ice and shake briefly. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with orange twist and 5 drops of Angostura bitters in foam. Use toothpick to connect dots to make a heart.
